Envelopes and Cards

Membership envelopes and cards can be obtained from the council membership chairman. Envelopes are $10.00 for a box of 500. Cards are free. The number of cards you receive is based on last year’s membership total. If you have extra cards that you will not be distributing, please bring them to the next council meeting so that we may give them to units that need more.

Per Caps Deadline

Membership is a year-round activity. Please turn in per caps as often as possible. The State PTA deadline for a year's per caps is March 31st. If they receive any per caps after April 1st, per caps are applied to the next membership year.

Membership Reports

The first membership report is due at the October council meeting and should outline your theme and campaign. It should also include your membership total to date. The final report is an update on the success of your campaign and your year-to-date membership total.
