8. Gomes PTA Gomes PTA provides key activities in your student's life for their educational enrichment. PTA programs funded by our annual drive include: field trips, assemblies, classroom materials, visiting authors, science materials, cultural art and music appreciation programs, room parties, summer reading incentive picnics, and much more. The Gomes PTA also facilitates community awareness and communication via our bimonthly newsletter, the school website, and our annual student directory. |

20. Warwick PTA At Warwick Elementary School we have one fundraiser which is our Turkey Trot. This successful fundraiser allows us to support many wonderful programs at Warwick: KIKS (Kids Into Keeping Strong) our volunteer run physical education program, MAGIC (Music and Geography In Concert) which involves teaching a lesson about a country, river or mountain range, and supplementing it with an art project from that culture, and After School Performing Arts, Carnival, Family Nights, Game Room (a choice for kids who choose to play games during lunch recess), Math Wizards, and Reflections. We are also able to give some of the money directly back to each classroom. We are able to communicate to our parents through bi-monthly newsletters, monthly PTA newsletters, and the marquee in the front of the school. Here at Warwick we are striving to get more parents involved in their children's educations. We have many wonderful volunteers who help out with countless hours of work each month. |
