Due to the IRS: paper informational tax returns 990/990EZ and Schedule A or e-postcard return 990-N. ALL PTA UNITS, COUNCILS AND DISTRICTS WILL FILE TAX RETURNS BEGINNING THIS YEAR. (See Finances section for details.)
